A Royal search for a Princess

Scarborough’s RNLI Lifeboat princess competition will this year get a touch of Royal treatment.
On Wednesday 1 July, our Royal Hotel in Scarborough, will play host when an audience will gather to hear the winners of this years event.
The Scarborough Evening News have once again teamed up with The Royal Hotel, who the final is being held courtesy of, and the RNLI to find a new princess and two maids of honour. The princess will win £75 and the two maids of honour will each receive £50.
The winners will be selected from a short list of finalist and this years chosen youngsters will represent the RNLI at this Summer’s Life Boat Weekend.
The Scarborough Life Boat Weekend will take place from Friday 31 July to Sunday 2 August.
